Help to Pack the Pantry – Elrod Commons, 2nd floor – by stocking the clothing closet and food pantry. Items in need include gently used business wear (coats, dresses, shoes), winter coats and shoes, and formal wear – for men and women. Unopened, non-perishable food items and cleaning supplies are also needed. You can drop-off on the second floor of Elrod Commons, at check-in/registration or at the Cannan Green tent events.
Located in the Outing Club Room in Elrod Commons, this space is being set aside for all YAW attendees and guests as a place to hang out, lounge, refresh, or recharge. Snacks, soda and water will be available.
The official kick-off to the QuestBridge Anniversary and Reunion. Join fellow QuestBridge Alumni under the tent in the Harte Center in Leyburn Library. Reconnect with one another, admissions staff, faculty and staff, and current QuestBridge students.
Join your classmates for lunch on Cannan Green as you return to campus. Open to W&L faculty and staff with the pre-purchase of a voucher. Hang out, play lawn games, and reminisce about your time on campus.

Presentation of the 2024 Distinguished Young Alumni Awards. The DYAA was first bestowed in May 1974 and was expanded in 1994 to recognize the university's younger alumni. The award affirms the university's finest traditions of leadership, responsibility and service. This year’s honor will be bestowed on two members of the class of 2014. All returning young alumni are invited to attend this brief ceremony to recognize the recipients.
